Elise received her B.A. in Anthropology from Northeastern Illinois University in 2018. She has been an intern/volunteer at the Field Museum in Chicago since 2018, working in the Collections Center with the Mammals Preparatory Lab. Elise also interned at the Forensic Anthropology Center at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Her research interests include human osteology, analysis of skeletal trauma particularly regarding cases of human rights violations, forensic anthropology, and bioarchaeology.
