Tiffany received her B.A. in Anthropology from Mississippi State University. As a M.A. student, her interests are in both Near Eastern and Southeastern archaeology, with an aim of being a generalist in both fields. Other specific interests include human domestication of plants and animals, use and application of Darwinian evolutionary theory, and geoarchaeology. Her thesis is a study on the functionality of four freshwater shell ring sites and their relation to floodplains in the Yazoo Basin.
