Casey Odom received a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and a Bachelor of the Arts in Anthropology from Mississippi State University. As an undergraduate, Casey founded a student organization that worked with university administration to increase MSU's dedication to sustainability and energy conservation. His research interests include, sustainability, agriculture, food, and political ecology.
