Professional Interests
My primary research interest is in settlement pattern change, using archaeological survey data as the main source of information. I have worked on long–term change using an evolutionary perspective, mostly focusing on the Woodland, Mississippian, and Protohistoric periods of northeast Mississippi. I also am interested in methods of spatial and chronological analysis.
